Privacy-statement Effective by 2018 May 5th Introduction Your privacy is very valuable and should be handled with care. You have probably read a lot of e-mails and messages just like this one, so I try to be short. I’m updating the privacy policy in light of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The changes in the privacy policy apply to everyone, regardless of your location. Data The app itself does not collect any personal information about you. It does save some settings to your device like the state of the game (so you can resume your game), your top-score and your configuration settings. No names, birthdays or other personal information are stored by this app local or in the cloud (online). This application uses two third-party plugins that are able to get personal data from you. These two plugins are Google Admob and Google Play Games Services. More info about these plugins is stated below Google Admob Only non-personalized ads will be shown in this app. No data will be shared between you and the ad-mediation service that I use. This app generates revenue by displaying advertisements to you. The ad network that I use for this app is called Admob (owned by Google). In preparation for the GDPR Google added the option for the developer (me) to show you personalized or non-personalized advertisements. The personalized advertisements use a unique identifier that can identify you as a person. I have implemented that only non-personalized advertisements are visible in the app. This means that no traceable identifier to you as a person will be send to Admob (Google). Google Play Games Services This app uses Play-Services to give you the experience to compete against other players and to see your progress by unlocking achievements. To enable this, you are asked to log-in to the Play-Service (provided by Google). Its completely up to you if you decide to do this. Google will use your Google Play pseudonym, or any name you provide. This app only provides the score to Play-Services, Google does the rest. You can log-out any time from the menu. How to change your decision If you agree to this privacy statement, your decision will be saved locally on your device. You can change your decision anytime you like. If you have signed in to Google Play Games Services, you can go to settings menu in game -> uncheck sing-in/out Google Play to detach the app and your Google Play Games Service. If you really like to remove all your information, you can open the Play Games app on your device (not provided by me, but by the owner Google). To change your decision on this agreement, you can press “revoke privacy policy” from the settings menu in the game. Disagree or questions You can disagree with this privacy-policy, in that case please let me know what you think should be changed (programming.triton @gmail.com). At the time of writing this I do not know how to better secure your privacy, therefor the app will close when you press disagree to make sure the game does not start and no connection will be established whatsoever.
